I am a UX/UI designer that is coming back into the world of design. I love to help people and what better way that designing the very things that people use on a daily basis. I grew up in a Latin community where we were taught to be conscious of our actions and how we interacted with family, friends and people. 

This taught me that not everyone is on the same level as others, some are just learning others have learned and moved onto other things. 

Working in customer service for the largest part of my career has given me the insight to determine when someone is struggling and the patience to be able to either help them learn how to do it or outright teach them what they don't know how to use. 

That is why I decided to come back and learn UX/UI design, this gives me the opportunity to be able to merge the technical aspect of the learning world and the creative one. Allowing me to produce new and exciting things for myself and for others to enjoy. 

I'm a casual nerd, I like a little bit of everything, and this is allowing me to connect with others. Because of this I am always keeping myself busy with something fantasy or sci-fi related. Audio books always keep me entertained when I am looking to disconnect myself from the world and relax, all the while my hands are drawing/sketching or learning something new that I have picked up and started to enjoy.
